Criterion D: Evaluating ( Logo Design)

Criterion D Guidelines.
i.                   outline simple, relevant testing methods, which generate data, to measure the success of the solution (create a table to show how you will test the final product on a scale 1-5)

ii. outline the success of the solution against the design  specification ( use the scale to score each specification 1 to 5 and give comments.)

Examples.

iv.  outline the impact of the solution on the client/ target audience.

( show in a detailed manner how your logo impacted positively/negatively on target audience/client)

Retro Design: Criterion A: Inquiring and Analysis

Challenge

Mr. Abdalla owns a tuk tuk which is almost breaking down in which its appearance
looks unappealing, the noise from the engine is unbearable, the seats are uncomfortable,
the lack of windows pose a security risk, the small size sometimes becomes un-useful if
a client has a lot of luggage to carry and hence most people are discouraged to board it.
So he does not earn the same amount of money he used to and the new models are
competing it badly in the market. During rain seasons his customer refuse to a board
the tuk tuk because of the leaking roof. How can you help him redesign his tuk tuk and
create a working 3D model with a unique logo to make him survive the tough competition?

Your task is to identify a client who has a similar problem faced by Mr. Abdalla in running his tuk tuk
business in Mombasa. Think of a workable and appropriate  3D model as well as a new logo designed
by paint to solve the existing problem. The problem should be clearly described and the client's current
way of addressing the situation described. The problem description should include the current  limitations
the client is facing and detailed explanation of why you think an IT solution  will be the best solution to this
persistent problem.

Criterion A: Inquiring and analysing

ii.        state and prioritize the main points of research needed to develop a solution to
the problem
iii.      describe the main features of one existing product that inspires a solution to the
problem
iv.      present the main findings of relevant research.
